The Meriel B
Fishermen and researchers seeded the growing lines for the new mussel farm on the Meriel B, the flagship research vessel for UNH’s Open Ocean Aquaculture Demonstration Project. The vessel is outfitted with hydraulic starwheels and an articulating crane to facilitate line seeding and tending.
